Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data CloudHub Agency collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf and how you can exercise your rights. We have written it to describe what the site actually does — no more and no less.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Jose Gregorio Herrera Banquez, trading as CloudHub Agency, NIE Z4336429Z, Calle Marina Vega 51, 28026 Madrid, Spain. You can reach us at hola@cloudhub.agency for anything related to this policy or to your personal data.

2. What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us we collect the name, email address, company name (optional) and the message you submit. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every request — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and to keep the service running.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, we do not build advertising audiences from it, and we never sell it.

  • To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
  • To keep the website secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the service safely (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

4. Who else processes your data

We only rely on providers that act as data processors under a signed agreement and offer adequate safeguards:

  • Resend — delivery of the contact form email and its acknowledgement.
  • Vercel — hosting of the website and technical request logs.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It stores a single technical value in your browser's session storage to remember that the opening animation has already played; it is erased when you close the tab and it identifies nobody.

Typefaces are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font host while you browse this site.

6. Google account data

If you connect a Google account to a CloudHub service, we access only the scopes you explicitly grant on the Google consent screen, and we use that data solely to provide the feature you asked for.

CloudHub Agency's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer that data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the feature, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your explicit consent, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google account's security settings.

7. How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you started. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under the GDPR.

9. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. Write to hola@cloudhub.agency and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting you will be communicated by email where we hold an address for you.
